Anyone aged 18 and older is welcome to participate. People of all nationalities, genders, and religions are invited to join.

Yes! Happy Stay is designed to welcome beginners. You will receive guidance and naturally adapt to the practice at your own pace.
What type of accommodation is provided? (click to expand)
Participants stay in shared accommodations (dormitory style or rooms for 2–4 people) within the village. Bedding and basic amenities are provided.
Are meals provided? (click to expand)
The basic meals provided within Happy Stay are 100% vegan. However, as practitioners, we gratefully accept any food that is offered (dāna) without discrimination or attachment. In some cases, non-vegan food that is offered outside the village or in specially permitted spaces may be consumed with gratitude and mindfulness.
Do I need prior experience with meditation or veganism? (click to expand)
No prior experience is required. Happy Stay is a welcoming space for anyone interested in exploring meditation and mindful vegan living for the first time.
How long can I stay? (click to expand)
The minimum stay is 4 weeks. If you wish to extend your stay beyond this period, it can be discussed with the entire community. Extensions are welcomed when there is full consensus (unanimous agreement) among all members of the community. There is no strict maximum length — as long as harmony and mutual agreement are maintained, extended stays are possible.

Absolutely! Returning participants are always welcome. Many people choose to revisit Happy Stay to deepen their experience and reconnect with the community.
